Return A Test Kit

When planning to collect your specimen, DiagnosTechs™ recommends you first plan the date you will ship the test kit back to DiagnosTechs, and then collect the final specimen the same day. This ensures maximum specimen viability for our lab. If you are collecting for a panel that requires only one day of specimens, your final specimen should be collected either the evening before or morning of the day you ship.
