Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • AAS/BS Finance, Business required
  • 5+yrs relevant experience preferably, with a minimum of two years Manufacturing experience
  • 5+yrs relevant experience preferably with a medical organization
Required Skills and Abilities:
  • Accounts Payable experience a must
  • Thorough understanding of GAAP. Experience with Intact Accounting software. Intermediate to advanced level of experience with QuickBooks.
  • Excellent analytical skills; written and oral communication skills; computer literacy.
  • Power user of Excel and strong knowledge of manufacturing systems.
  • Proactive communicator with initiative to identify issues and solutions.
  • Intuitive and inquisitive with focus on providing top level service to internal ands external clients.
  • Knowledge of Customs procedures is a plus.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in timely fashion.
  • Can show flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
  • Can deal well with shifting priorities.
  • Experience in gathering information for tax returns.
  • Multilingual speaker is a plus.

Microbiology Supervisor
Reports To: Kelly Johnson - Microbiology Director
FLSA Status: Non Exempt

To assist the Director of Microbiology

  • Assist and coordinate with the Microbiology Director in using test methodology that is appropriate for producing clinical test results.
  • Assist with the verification of test procedures as directed by Microbiology Director
  • Maintain a quality control program
  • Assist in resolving technical issues and ensuring that the correct remedial actions are taken whenever test systems deviate from the laboratory's established performance specifications.
  • Ensure that patient test results are not reported until all corrective actions have been taken and the test system is functioning properly.
  • Assist with monitoring and reporting of test results
  • Review intermediate test results or worksheets, quality control records, proficiency testing results and preventive maintenance records
  • Assist with observation of instrument maintenance and function checks
  • Assist with the assessment of test performance through testing previously analyzed specimens, internal blind testing samples or external proficiency testing samples
  • Assist in the preparation for Laboratory Inspections by CAP, JACHO, etc.
  • Other duties will be assigned as required.
  • Bachelor of Science degree in either Microbiology, Medical Technology, Bacteriology or related.
  • M(ASCP) certification
  • 10+ years of handling high complexity testing within the specialty of Microbiology including the subspecialty of Bacteriology and Molecular Biology.
  • 2+ years of experience supervising in a Clinical Microbiology Laboratory

Research Scientist, Manager (Mass Spectrometry)

Position Summary:
Self-motivated individual to support and develop our mass spectrometry laboratory and working group aimed at developing methods for the detection and discovery of clinical biomarkers in human fluids.

Major Responsibilities:
  • Initiates the design, development, execution and implementation of mass spectrometry methods to a broad range of clinical and research applications
  • Manages resources and personnel to efficiently meet project goals
  • Assists in establishing department goals and project timelines
  • Maintains substantial knowledge of state-of-the-art principles and theories, and contributes to scientific literature and conferences
  • Assists in the coordination of interdepartmental activities and research efforts
Minimum Requirements or Qualifications:
  • PhD, Chemistry or related field (relevant experience can substitute).
  • Broad knowledge of mass spectrometry instrumentation and associated applications
  • Strong instrumentation design and troubleshooting ability
  • Ability to make independent decisions
  • Ability to dissect problems and projects into manageable tasks
  • Excellent group interaction skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to accurately plan and define projects
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks with different priorities
Desired Qualifications:
  • Expert in MRM method development for small molecules using GCMS/MS and LCMS/MS instrumentation
  • Sufficient knowledge and experience to also contribute to ICP-MS and MALDI-TOF method development
  • Previous successful academic or industry experience mentoring technical staff
  • Experience working in GMP environment
  • Knowledge of CLIA
  • 2+ years industry experience preferred

Medical Doctor or Naturopathic Doctor


Licensed M.D. or N.D. wanted for full-time position educating healthcare providers on interpreting salivary and stool diagnostic test results. Diagnos-Techs, a global leader in salivary diagnostics based out of Kent, WA, is seeking a scientifically minded physician with strong communication skills, diverse clinical experience, and an interest in research for the position of Medical Support Team Member.

In this role, he /she will consult with fellow doctors and other healthcare practitioners to aid in test recommendation, test result interpretation, and possible treatment strategies. Applicants should possess a working knowledge of conventional and naturopathic clinical evaluation and therapeutic approaches. This position offers additional opportunities for professional development through giving webinars and lectures, writing articles, and participating in research and development. The ideal candidate will have exceptional writing skills, be proficient in AMA style, have teaching experience, and will be a strong public speaker. Experience in the subjects of reproductive health, hormone therapy, and/or gastrointestinal health is a plus.
